Use sentence case in all text bodies, headings, titles, and navigation.

What is sentence case?

Sentence case is where you only capitalize the following:

• The first word in the title, plus
  • The first word in a subheading after a colon.
  • Any proper nouns.
  • Any other terms that are always capitalized a specific way (e.g. a UI menu).
